Meet our transversal 5s team

A company must be willing to carry out constant changes. 👉 That's how we see it at Transports Codina, and that's why this time we have created a cross-functional team to apply the 5S methodology.

5S is the correlation of 5 phases: 🔸 sorting, 🔸 organising, 🔸 cleanliness, 🔸 standardising and 🔸 discipline, which once combined and properly applied become (or should become) a company philosophy for better performance and quality.

The cross-functional nature of the team makes it a strategic move. It is made up of:

✅ Carme Calahorro (administration)

✅ Quim Monje (warehouse)

✅ Anna Garolera (customer service)

✅ Dani Orra (traffic)

✅ Olga Cortés (shipping)

All of them are responsible for leading the 5S project at Transports Codina. Thank you for being part of it and for all your support in its successful development. Its implementation will undoubtedly be an improvement for all of Codina's internal and external stakeholders.
